pls help

Hi,

I am facing little problem regarding hole command.

I  have to create hole on cylindrical part. and that hole is at an angle 15 degaree from vertical axis. This hole is on 200 mm pcd. ( find attachement)

I have create that hole without drawing sketch. As we do in linear option.

 

Pls help.

Why can't you use a sketch point?
