placing part in assembly as invisible

I have a big assembly with a bunch of different design views with different parts visiblity turned on or off. If I go to place a new part to the assembly it is automaticly visible in all views and I have to go shut them off in each view. Is there a way to insert new parts to the assembly and have the visiblity set to off automaticly?

I would like to add my vote for instructions on how to do this (or putting it on the list for the development team).

If you want to keep a part from showing up in a design view, you need to lock the view representations (right click and choose lock) where you don’t want the new part to be visible. Once you’ve done this, you can go to a view representation to add the parts and it will not be visible in any locked view reps. Please see attached video.

Please mark this as a solution if it solves your issue. Thank you.
