origon error

I posted a part in CF under same title, could someone figure the error out, I can't seem to. I'm sure it is pretty simple I'm just getting frustrated today.

Lloyd - RMB on Sketch23 and select the end face
again.

I can't see how you made Work Plane12, I'm missing
to find the 3rd vertex to make it.

Sorry, that should've read:

RMB on Sketch23, select
'Redefine' and pick the end face again.
