ordinate dimensions

Haven't seen that one before. When you rest the cursor on the dims,
where are the green dots that indicate where the knees will be if you
offset the dimension from its original position?

I have seen this on rare occasion. what I do is
delete the dim set and put it back in. it usually comes in correct after that.
if I remember correctly I was using the ordinate dim that you picked the view
and the view had to have a origin indicator defined. other than that I don't
remember the circumstances to go along with the problem.
