After losing my help this morning, I had to find the files in the PSS folder, and found that all the folders have somehow been duplicated and files moved from the original files to the duplication folders (see attached). I moved the files from PSS (2) to PSS and help worked fine again.
Can someone from Autodesk tell me what I should do with the remaining files and folders and what might happen?
(the only folder not duplicated is the bin folder).
How it has happened?
The only thing I have done recently is whats was recommended in the thread below.
Would this have caused it?
