insert frame command

I have been using the frame generator quite often and recently the insert frame command is not working properly. I would like to know if there is a fix/patch for this problem or do I have to re-install the program???  I am very frustrated with this problem as I do alot of structural design and the insert frame command comes in very very handy.

Need a lot more information, please.  What version of Inventor, what are your system specs,... and what led up to this problem?  Did it just quit working one day?

yeah it kind of just quit working on me ;( , my system specs are:

amd 64x2  5000+

nvidia geforce 8800 gts 512

windows xp      😞

Inventor suite 2011

This is my work PC not my home PC so if there is a problem I would like to get it fixed. Thanks for any help you can provide as this problem is costing me time/money.

Check Tools \ Add Ins.  make sure your Frame generator is set to Startup/Loaded.

i already checked that and it is as you have it.... loaded and load on start up 

anyother suggestions???

Hi derekmunn,

This is a bit of a long shot, but is it possible that the Insert dialog box is just coming up off screen?
