iPart members & body appearances

Am I missing something or is there no easy way to control the appearance of each body on a per member basis in a multi-body ipart family?

Hi!

I only know the way to change material or appearence, but for whole the bodies.

You find a way to do that for each solid?ie each solid with different color?!

Regards.

Yes, each solid with a different colour depending on which family member is active is my goal.

I was thinking maybe iLogic to set which view to use for each member but I've got no idea on how to set that up, all I've found so far is some iLogic code to set an active view, but nothing that is helping me link it back to the different members of the ipart family.

Short of changing the extrusion color properties, is short no. By definition, a multi-body solid is a single material. The only time you have control of diferent material is when you "Push" the body "pieces" into individual parts "IPT's".
