iFeature help!! Variable length iFeature based on projected lines

I am trying to create an iFeature to that will give my CNC machine geometry to follow for cutting a scribe line (a 0.03 deep x 90 degree groove to show where a part is located on a surface of another part). The sketch for the scribe line is always the same (0.03 deep x 90 degree included), but the length will change.

Ideally I would like to just start a new sketch, project the lines I want to scribe into the surface, drop in the iFeature, and select a line to specify the direction of the scribe and to drive the length. Then I would repeat this for all other scribe lines that are needed for the CNC.

How do I do this?
