pic 4 = i change fittig with TEE but as u can see the pipe has not correct length
how can i fix this, and how can i connect this tee to the pipe?

Are both the new TEE and the pipe the same end treatment? For example if one is socket weld and the other threaded it might be using the pipes threaded insertion length parameter instead of the TEE's socket weld insertion length parameters or vise versa. Also, how did you swicth from one TEE to another? By deleting the old TEE and placing a new one manually or Right clicking and replacing from content center?
What I did for us here was made copies of the oriinal content center under a new database and went through and programed all of our shops insertion lengths etc. Then I created one of each style, threaded, butt welded, socket welded, tubing etc with all the fittings in the list I wanted to use from our new database, not the stock default ones so that all I have to do is make copes of the style and change the nomial diameter and give it a new name. Took a little longer on the back end, but made my life worlds easier and I'm saving time on the front end now.
If your new to routed systems I'll share with you something I learned unrelated to your problem. When you populate a bill of material it is apparently a "feature" to remove the part numbers of the pipe segments. How I got around that was to copy the part number parameter to the authority parmeter that we don't use, (might be a different parameter for you if your company uses authority). When I make my bill of material I format the column to substitue the authority parameter if it detects one and my BOM comes out right. That took me some time to figure out so I thought I would just pass it along.
Looking at your pics one more time I think the way would do it is run the main run of the line first and place a node where you want the TEE. By default that will show up as a coupling which is exactly what you have there in pic 2. I would then right click and replace the coupling with the TEE and change the orientation to the direction you want. Then I would create a second route inside the run and run from the tee to your device or wherever it's going. It would be the same route but with two runs and they will both show up in your drawing and in the routes BOM.
