I am not able to change precision from 2 to 3 places on my hole chart for the X & Y locations what is it?

What version of Inventor? Are you trying to change the entire column's
precision, or just a few cells?

If you search the NG on this topic, you'll find a lot of information.

I replied in your OTHER post. Please do not create duplicate posts. Please
read the FAQs before posting. Please do a SEARCH on the newsgroup before
posting. Most questions like this have already been answered many times.

The methods of configuring your XY precision has not changed in the past few
versions including 2008.
