help videos won't play

I am using a 30 day trial version of Inventor.  When the program opens a dialogue box opens and it has some videos to learn about Inventor.  When I click on them they won't open.  A window titled "Tutorial Video Player" opens and then a small green box appears on a black background in that window and no video plays.  How do I get them to play?

Is it prompting you at all to download adobe flash player at all?  Do you have anything loaded like that on your system?

Can you play videos outside of Inventor on your system?
