green dots

ok i know this comes up all the time but the green dots for the mid and end points no longer show up in my sketch.  i have read a lot of posts about this and have checked the constraint options and all of them are selected.  im not sure what i should try from here.  thanks for the help.

They will only show up when you are adding a sketch element.

You do not mention if you also checked Constraint Persistence.
