How can i have extrusion 3 with the Glass appearance or clear so as to look like Glass

Use transparent slate blue,  its a beautiful material.  Plastic,  but looks better than the glass in many cases.

I didn't look at your part but note that you can't have a transparent feature as part of an opaque part. You can do multi body parts where some are transparent and the rest are opaque.

If it's no translation error on my German Inventor, the appearance is looking strange.
