force rotation to center mouse button

In Solid works, you can press the center mouse button down and rotate your view.  In Inventor you have to hold shift and the center mouse button for rotation.  How do I switch it so the center mouse button will automaticaly switch to rotation without neading shift to be pressed.

You can search old post ...but most say it's hard coded and stuck that way
