A couple of options...
You can use the TURNTABLE feature to do a 360 rotating view, by either rotation the camera, or rotating the model..

My preference is to create a sketch which I use to define my camera path. (you can also create a sketch to define the target path.)

You will find that you have more control of the animation when using paths, than with just the turntable function.
Actually I prefer to use the "Turnable" method as it is easy to understand. However when I turn on "Turnable" action and set revolution to 1, the camera does not really turn 1 revolution. Why it is like that? How to really turn the camera to 1 revolution?
