flat pattern 2d translator not installed and save copy as dxf problem

Hi friend,

   I am working with inventor 2014 professional now. But There is a problem

it is ( a: 2d translator not installed  and  b:sketch export failed ) . 

  dxf drawings of sheet metal environment, particularly these problems started recording format.

Have you installed Update 2 (you didn't say)?

Did you reboot the computer and the problem persists?

Did you create new files from scratch and the problem persists?

Did it used to work fine?

yes my friend I wrote all of the stages performed the.

I repaired the program. but did not change any.

autodesk 2014 version is not the solution to any of the pages.

Sometimes I have the same issue. If I try to export to a Dropbox folder I get the same error. If I change the location to for example my documents the export works fine.
Sometimes when I change the export format to dxf 2000 instead of R12 the export goes on. This on my windows 8 laptop. On my windows 7 desktop I never had this error.
Are there more people with this problem and is there someone who knows what it could be?
