error on Idw

error on Idw

i have an idw for one of my students whose parts list has an ipn that will not update with color, there is a  lightning bolt in the browser that will not go away. I would appreciate any assistance, I have updated the assembly, tried to create a different parts list and nothing seems to help

Not sure what you mean by "will not update with color"... is the color in the parts list?  You say you have updated the assembly,... do you mean you updated the presentation, or the assembly it was made from?  Can you post a shot of the parts list so we can see what information you're showing in it?

 

What version of Inventor is this from?

the attached shows the assembly view on top and the resulting ipn view. the assembly and ipn all update but the view on the idw parts list does not
