dwf error when checking in

Can anyone help with the attached error please.

It happens when we check in the model and comes up for every component  part.

Here is something you might be able to try:

1st in Vault go to options button on the tools tab.

2nd check the show hidden files box then okay.

3rd go to the folder with your assembly and parts

The DWF files should show up now. Someone else might have them checked out or you might have to delete the DWF’s. Next time you check them in it will recreate them.

This is symptomatic of a larger known issue with Vault. It is supposed to remove any restriction on the existing file, then delete it and then create the new dwf. I've had this only in Vault Basic. After upgrading to Workgroup this error went away, but was replaced with several new Job Processor errors/problems.

The files in question did not have a dwf file , not sure why , most of the others do.

I found a work around though, if when you check in (through Inventor) open the settings tab on the chick in pop up and untick the "create visualisation attachment" button.
