The addition of the auto-formatting to balloons is really screwing up my
drawings. When I have a balloon with a second balloon attached, I used to
be able to attach it in any of the 4 quadrants of the ballon. Now I can
only attach to 3 quadrants leaving out the quadrant closest to the arrow.
That's fine for placing new balloons, but when IV goes back and reformats
existing balloons on a drawing, they end up overlapping and making a mess of
the drawing!

Autodesk, what can you do to keep me from having to go in and fix all these
occurances?
