assemble constraints

Has anyone had a problem with putting a large assembly together. As I'm constraining parts together other parts are moving around which have already been constrained. Just as I get one resolved another one is out.

I'm about ready to start over.

Do you have a master/primary part that is grounded or constrained to the
assembly origin planes or axes?
