Working same project in individual stand alone licensed computer

Dear sir,

We have installed two stand alone license of Autodesk Inventor Professional 2009, but we are working in same folder using map drive and also create project of inventor in accessed folder.

My question is that, Does we have any problem when one file created in on pc & remaining work complete in another pc ?

Which points should be same in both pc ?

Or what is another way of installation bywhich we can work in same project ?

awaiting in positive solution. . .

Thanks

This should work well for you.  One thing that you will have to change, though, is where Content Center files are stored.  By default, Inventor places content center files under your user profile on the local hard drive (see Application Options > Files > Default Content Center files).  You will need to edit your project file and specify a location on the server for the Content Center files (under Folder Options in the Project Editor).
