Work plane issue

I have a large assembly that I have been working with for about a month Cat Mad. I recently went in and changed some information and it seems that my work plane is way out of whack! Anybody got and suggestions on how to fix this and get it back down to size. this makes it real difficult to use my space navigator because the center of gravity is off bigtime too. I also would like to know how to make all parts and features visible, is there a button somewhere?

Is center of gravity really off, or is it the center of orbit?
The center of orbit can be changed.  If it is center of gravity off - then there are bigger problems.

What workplane?
Assembly origin plane?
Assembly user workplane?
Part origin plane?
Part user workplane?

Do you have Auto-resize turned off for the plane?
Can you delete all but one part and attach the assembly here?

Its a work plane affiliated with a part from a frame generator piece. Im so frustrated with this model that I cant even begin to explain what is all happening. Maybe this was a bad idea. My apologies for wasting your time.

Ok I worked out some of the kinks but still have a much larger user wotrk plane than the model really is. How do I find what part or assembly is associated to that particular plane?
