When i unsuppress extrusion3 hole 12 has problems.
I also cannot make a concentric thread on hole 11.
Are these problems because of extrusion3?
I guess it's not preferrable to enclose a solid with a solid, right?

Why didn't you select the New Solid option when creating it?
It is the first stage of creating the final shape, the bulk material.
Of course i created a new solid-with the extrusion, no?

About the thread i think i know the answer, although strange.
I made the diameter of the holes smaller and the concentric thread succeeded.
It must be that it didn't change anything, that is why i received the warning.
But i will check, maybe it's a fine thread. anyway, the thread is M20 and the through hole was, at first, 17.5 dia, so, it should have worked, no?
Of course a hole of diameter 17.5 will swallow the thread hole.
The New Solid option is in the Extrude dialog box.
This is called multi-body solids modeling.
It has been suggested here many times that you learn the multi-body solids techniques.
I do not know what "swallow the thread hole" means or what adding a "concentric thread" means.

For create the new solid, edit the extrusion 3:
1 - If you want to Have the bulk material, start to create it first and then make the revolve with the option "Intersect".
2 - Why you doesnt use an angle to create the revolve (instead of full)?. That way you will not need the "extrusion 1"
3 - Why you doesnt create the hole by counterbore option? You can build the top holes in one step, and later its easyer to document in drawings..
That way you will get a more "clean" part with less features (and less issues maybe"
