This is actually an Inventor forum site, not Vault. But that's ok... this sounds more like a request for a change to the product than an actual user question. I would suggest finding the Vault Idea Station, by clicking on "Ideas" up above. Post your idea there so the Vault development folks can see it. Good luck!
