Urgent need help !! - FIllet & Chamfer intersection issue

Hello everyone,

I attached a part file and a screen capture file (jpg).

The violet color body is "the old one", got it from a STEP file (which is exported from SolidWorks - someone else modeled it in Sw.).

I have to obtain a full feature part in Inventor (the green/turqoise color part), then I will delete the violet one.

Everything is completed excepting I still have troubles with the intersection between end of chamfer with end of fillet area (see capture - Jpg file).

At first moment I was thinking that SolidWorks is better to build this kind of features. But it's hard to believe that Inventor can't do the same "simple" intersection.

So, I think I don't handle well the Inventor tools.

PLEASE HELP with advices...

Thank you !

Thanks JD

Unfortunately I have not the SolidWork file.

I got only an IPT with the violet body incorporated (STEP as original).

And that friend asked me to convert it to a fully featured INV body.

I will ask for it; I hope to get the original SolidWorks part.

Adrian

It ain't a pretty way to do it, but it is a duplicate.  (Only one side completed.)
