Update/Service Pack Notifications

So I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this but you guys have been helpful in the past so its worth a try. Is there a way to register what products I have so that I will receive automatic emails when there are new hotfixes, updates, service packs etc. I am in charge of making sure we are up to date on any updates so currently I just check the download page every week or so to check for updates.
