Unhandled Exception in Inventor iLogic

Hello, I just want to use iLogic, and when I hit new rule, and enter a name, it throws an exception, loading a configuration file. Well, I need this functionality, and this exception requires that I kill the system through Task Manager, of course loosing my changes to the file, so it is a bad problem.

Could you give us more information? A step by step procedure to reproduce the problem and screen shots of any error messages would be helpful.

Please see attached.

I had to go into the user directory and change the file access to
non-hidden.

That's not something that would normally be required. And the exception
would have been better handled.
