Trouble with Surface after Sweep

I'm trying to find a solution to my profile distortion as it is sweeped down a 3d line and guide surface. I understand why it may be happening, but I need to find a way to smooth it out. We take our models and import the directly into our CAM software, so I need to find a fix in Inventor.

I didn't look at your model, but it would appear that at tha point either you have a change in direction in your guide curve or you need to place another (or maybe two) profile sketches at that point.

I understand why its there, I was thinking there must be a way to modify/correct  just that area
