Transitional contacting problem

Hello!

I have an assembly, which has contacting problem of two parts. In the pict1.png (attached) I woluld like to have the two parts connected - the threaded spindle and the other part should be connected (blue arrow) -  so that threaded spindle can't run beyond the min & max of the slot (red arrow).

I tried to solve this by using transitional constrain between the spindle and the slot, but the part below the thread runs into the material (pict3.png).

How can i solve it?

Your part sketches are not constrained and making use of obvious symmetry about the origin.
I recommend you read this document http://home.pct.edu/~jmather/SkillsUSA%20University.pdf

Then you can use simple Mate or Mate Flush constraints to origin planes.

If you are using IV2012 or newer you can also try a limit constraint.
