Thumbnail / Preview

When we installed IV6 there were one case we deleted voloview before the
instalation began... Only on this PC we get thumbnail preview in windows
explorer when we mark a file. OS Win 2000.
Do we have to unistal both voloview and IV6 and the reinstal IV6 to get
preview in win explorer in the other PC's????

IV 6.0 doesn't need vv but I still have it on my machine and I get thumbnail
view in explorer.
Did you install vv after IV? I think it is a question of try uninstall vv
first on one machine and if not then uninstall IV. Try repair IV first from
CD.
It may be a windows thing?
