Template Trouble

Thanks in advance for any help.

I am trying to create a template file for a lockrod that needs a form in. For some reason the sketch of the form dissapears when the template is used but is still there when the file is opened directly?

This should be as-design result. sketch view is unable to saved into the template re-use.

In order to view the sketch, you should copy all the sketch drawing into the titleblock, then insert them.  You could see the simply testing with your files.
