Stuck aligning textures

Hey guys so I am trying to apply a texture to a curved surface I created that is made up of multiple faces. I can apply the texture to each face individually but then the textures do not allign properly. Is there a way I can either merge all the faces into one face so there is a single texture, or is there an even easier way to go about it? I also tried using a projected decal but that didn't turn out correctly either.

I provided a picture below so you can see what i mean but unalligned textures. I plan on importing this into autodesk inventor so I need a solution that will be transferable to there.
