Stress Analysis: Contraint/contact for threaded parts?

I am trying to do stress analysis with a threaded rod and a plate.

I manually cut threads to model real thread so that I can figure out how much force it can withstand without deformation.

Please refer the screenshot I attached.

The plate should be able to move up and down as the rod turns its a leadscrew mechanism. Right now I just want to run simulation so I can calculate when  X force/pressure is applied at the cetnre of the plate through an inserted tube how much force the rod can take before the deformation of the rod occurs.

Two smooth rods are for supporting the plate.

I am however not sure which contacts/contrains I need to apply to this threaded rod and the plate.

Or is it even possible to do such a simulation on Inventor?

Please help me out! Cat Sad

Thank you,
