Stress Analysis Confirmation

I'm trying to run a stress analysis on a frame generated using the frame generator that has several hose reels mounted to it.  IV2014 seems to be able to calculate the contacts and the mesh, but when I attempt to add loads (gravity) or constraints, I can select the face that I want to use but when I right-click to confirm, the only options shown are 'Previous View', 'Home View' and 'How to'.

Does anyone know what causes this and how I can stop IV2014 from doing this?

I've tried a pack and go, but I end up with a 22Mb zip file and there's not really the possibility to rolling up the parts, given the method used to create them.

Boy, is my face red!  Turns out that the popup box had appeared outside the screen area.  Just a matter of re-arranging the screen layout so I could see, then moving to a usable position.  I shall know for next time...
