Still crashing IV 6 frequently.

I have been reading/searching the IV6 Group to find solutions. We added memory (768MB), did a clean reinstall of XP, updated IV6, MDT6 and Office XP to most recent SP and updates. Changed memory settings to "System chache".
Installed NVIDIA Quadro4 550 XGL with Driver .40.72.
Disabled NAV and no other software is installed or running in background. Did a rebuild all on each assembly. All work is done in Semi-Isolated Projects.
IV6 is still crashing, when constraining large sub assemblies to each other (250-500 each) and frequently during saving.
No error messages, just shuts down! Anybody have any idea what else we can try?!?!?! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks, Peter (peterd@bigskyeng.com)

We don't have IV7 available. Trying to make it work on IV6SP2.
UPDATE:
IV6 is still crashing with the 4201 Driver and Quadro4 card and 1GB of RAM
PC has a clean install of XP Pro. There is really no order or consistency to
the crashes. I don't think we can pinpoint the crashes to just one drawing,
part, assembly or even the network setup.

I'm at loss on what to do?? HELP !!!
