Startup issue and no materials in library

I have startup issue with inventor 2012 and the material library is empty.

I some how deleted the inventor folder in documents. I again copied the folder from my friends system but didn't work.

Please look at the attachments and advice...!!!

Honestly, I would reload the software to get the libraries back the way they should be.  You don't even need to uninstall your currect version unless you trully feel it is that messed up.  Then once you get everything back, don't copy from where you got them before again.  Not a good idea!!!

Thanks for your quick response!!!

I can not uninstall the software myself unless i get the permission from the IT department.

Can you please give me a solution to get back the material library atleast?
