Split solid problem (using stitched surfaces for split tool)

Dear Mates!

I have a problem with the model I attached. If I change d55 to 500mm the splits don't work. I've been trying to repair for 1 hour without success. I don't really get why do they break. There's a lot of dependency and more features based on these solids, so I can't simply do another split, unless i want to waste days of work. I use Inventor 2011, so if anyone could repair my model or give me some advice, I would be very grateful!

Thanks,

Zoltan

Worth writing out my problem, because I had solved it after 5 minutes of my post. Just for the record: using overlapping stitched surfaces for split tool won't lead to anything good. I decreased their extrusion, so they didn't overlap anymore, Inventor didn't wrote any error. Another lesson: Inventor doesn't always mark the real problem.
