Hi
I am trying to move the red piece in the video. I want to rise up and move it down and also it stays in the same place but i dont know how to do it

On the other hand:
i am also trying to lower the piece at the botton of the ramp in a kind of container

I am spanish ¿can you understand me?
thanks u¡
It looks like one of the pieces youre trying to move is grounded.
I don't know what the mechanism is exactly, but you need one reference grounded part.
You also need to add a 3D contact joint between the parts so that they don't intersect.
I hope this helps.

Can you attach your assembly here.
I dont understand you
I have recorded a video showing how i made the simulation .. ¿why the red piece dont follow the graph?. I want the piece come back to the original place
Looking at your Imput Grapher for the force - I don't understand what you are trying to do.
I suspect that what you really want to do is edit the Position of the Prismatic Joint.
See attached.
In your second problem I think you want a Spatial Joint and a 3D Contact Joint.
But before you get into an advanced topic like Dynamic Simulation I recommend you go through this document
http://home.pct.edu/~jmather/skillsusa%20university.pdf
I noticed that your part sketches are not constrained.
okay thanks you
But I dont understand why the simulation time is not the same that the imput time grapher. In other words, i see that the imput grapher time doesn`t match with the simulation time, otherwise you`re downgrading the main force instead of putting it in a negative magnitude with the purpose of change the direction. Sorry about my bad english. we want to simulate this industrial process:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vten1EEODLA&feature=youtu.be
it could be posible?, the pieces that i sent you were the 'drill' also i want to rotate the main table with holes, when the grey circular piece fall inside them using the ramp
Thanks for the manual it is very useful. I will read it tonight
I left the Force on your assembly - but that should be removed.
You want to activate the Position of the drill using the Prismatic Joint.
If you are intersted in the unkown forces - that is a secondary question.
I will see if I can get one of my students to take this on as a project.
Thanks you for the help again. We have advanced a lot in the proyect. Now we got the main problem with the ramp. We want that the piece fall into one of the container in a horizontal position, as it is showed at the video.
The rest is done, we only want to solve ther ramp part. Your help is being very usefull.
Here is my proyect (Festo.iam):
I haven't opened your second attachment yet (I don't have rar extractor) but did you use a Spatial joint and 3D Contact joint?
Hi
Yes we use them. We have simulate this:
