Serious Error Error clone implementation not found

Hello Everyone

 

Yet another Inventor issue...

 

Ever since I updated to SP2 I get this error when I add a sketched symbol onto an .idw

 

Title: Serious Error

Msg: error: clone implementation not found

 

I click the ok button, and the message reappears and there is no way to get out of it other than a ctrl alt del and close the program.

 

INV 2011 SP2

 

Any help or advice on the matter would be great! Thanks.

Please post your IDW file that exhibits this problem.
