Here is another image of what im trying to do when i used the detail shot my material (expanded metal) does not look right. i want it to look the same as on the left.
I just created a detail view on an assembly drawing I have that is very similar to what you are showing. My expanded metal came out correct in the detail view, and I did not have to do anything to get it to do so.
Have you tried replicating the situation in a new drawing file, to see if it's a drawing-specific bug of some sort?
yea i have tryed to do it in a different drawing and it still shows up fine and all gray like that do you know if there is an up date for inventor 2011 routed system?
