Save Copy As, Send to 3D Printer... Do not show STL format

The STL extension has completely dissapeared from all my save menus. I have tried all different export, save, and send to options and nothing is working. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and even upgrading to 2015. Nothing is working, any suggestions would be great.

Inventor 2020, In-Cad, Simulation Mechanical

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file
