SMOOTH DIAMETER TRANSITION IN A HELIX (COIL)

Hi, I have to make a 50.8mm pitch helix on a diameter of 40.5mm over a high of 338mm then I should have a smooth transition to a diameter of 50.8mm over the next 80mm high keeping constant the pitch of 50.8mm. Any suggestions how can I achieve that task please?
