Renaming iProperty

Hello all,

I have a standard product(final assembly) that gets install at various locations at different times of the year. Sometimes there are improvements to this design. In my title block(s), I have a field for the iproperty PROJECT. I use this field to identify customer/location in our shop/submittal drawings.

Is there a way, in Vault Workgroup 2010(hopefully), to change this iproperty value for all parts/assemblies pertaining to the final assembly prior to doing a batch plot for the next job?

-I know I can change this value(s) in the final Assy BOM, but I have to check out then check everything back in.

-DA is good but only if I didn't have Vault. Same with task scheduler.

-I know I can use the watermark option in my batch plot but I can't make my custom watermark(i.e. customer/location) be positioned in the bottom RH corner.

I can't help thinking there may be a faster way. Any ideas?
