ROTATING XY WORK PLANE/ OR PART

MY INITIAL SKETCH ON THE XY PLANE WAS REVOLVED
300 DEGREES. I HAVE FINISHED THE COMPLICATED PART,
AND NOW AM READY TO CREATE THD IDW.
I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE SIDE VIEW (EITHER)SPLIT
DOWN THE CENTER OF THE ROTATION (150 DEGREES), BUT
THE VIEW IS GENERATED AT 0/180 DEGREES.
I REALIZE NOW THAT I SHOULD HAVE CREATED MY INITIAL
SKETCH ON A ROTATED PLANE (30 DEGREES), BUT THERE
HAS TO BE AN EASY WAY TO ROTATE THE PART/WORK PLANE
ONCE THE PART HAS BEEN GENERATED.
I HAVE USED THE "CURRENT" VIEW IN THE IDW, BUT WHEN
I NEED TO USE THE LEFT AND RIGHT, I GET A VIEW OF
THE PART THAT IS 30 DEGREES OFF FROM WHAT I WANT.

THANKS IN ADVANCE,

In the Base View dialog, to the right of the list of view orientations is a
button. Click it and you can orient to a plane and then rotate how ever many
degrees you want.

Let me eloborate on Kent's answer.
The orientation of solid in ipt doesn't matter. In idw right click on the base view. Select rotate and then you can rotate an edge horizontal or vertical or change to angle and enter any desired angle of rotation. Any view created from the base view after rotation will be orthoganal to the rotated base view. J.D.
