Only other suggestion is see if the 3.2 drivers
work and if not, something is whacked in your mouse.

I hate to be a stick in the mud guys, but is it time to bring up snipage again? It really
doesn't hurt as bad as it sounds and is generally considered good NG etiquette

Each post in this thread was about one line of new info
Sizes went
1,1,4,1,6,8,9,11,12,13,15,17,19,20,19,20,22,23,25KB Each for one new line of text?

What could have easily been 19 kb turned into 246kb... about the size of a small Customer
files post. Remember not everyone has highspeed connections.

Off my soapbox and handing it to the next guy. 8^)

Not to be a JERK but what do YOU mean. I am new to NEWSPGROUPS via Outlook
(I have always previously use web based) So since you are butting in is
there a HELP FILE ON HOW TO POST. How else would we have done this?

"snipage"? What's that? (really)
Sounds like you're talking about replying to messages without removing the original sender's text. Right?

Sorry to get you excited. Just doing my job!

Snipage is a slang for removing the unnecessary part of a post to keep the size of the
post reasonable and to make it so the post only has the information necessary for people
to follow without having to look back at previous posts. Generally only the new text from
the last post is necessary.

Yes there is rules for this Newsgroup posted here
http://discussion.autodesk.com/WebX?groundrules@156.jfGgaVfToJM.0@
This is a quote from it

When replying to a post, delete the parts of the quoted text that your message does not
address

I am not sure if a link to the NG Rules is in Sean's FAQ or not, but maybe it should be?

LOL, I really had to hold myself back from saying anything about it. I guess I'm getting a little better at biting my toungue. Or maybe that's "biting my fingers" in this cyber world.
