RFA Files from Autodesk Seek?

So we get this e-mail from Autodesk extolling the many virtures of Autodesk Seek.  I go there and see that most of the files are in RFA format.  Can I get these into Inventor by any means?  AutoCAD?  Inventor Fusion?  I do not have Revit nor access to any one who does.

Some items in Seek are in DWG format, but not many.  It really is more of an Architectural Content Search.  The benefit for Inventor users is they can upload an ADSK file for prospective users to find and use and then buy from you as a provider/vendor.

I guess that's why it's called "Seek."  It sure isn't "Find."
