Problem with dimensioning in drawing

I have a problem in one of my drawings.

When i try to dimension from the bottom line to center of te circle, the dimension is placed wrong. (see image) selection of geometry is in blue

i have 4 plates like this, and i used replace reference model to create the other three. But also in the original file the problem occur (the files are in attachment)

I had no problems placing the dimension in IV2014, but from the file i saw that you are on 2011 SP2.
Is your inventor entirely up to date?
I saw there are quite a lot of hotfixes, maybe there is a solution for this...

Then i don't know what might help, maybe someone with the same version of IV might know.
Otherwise, if possible, try contacting Autodesk support if this is reproduceable.

Veel succes.
