Precision in Parts List

How to set display of precision in my parts list to just one digit?

When I edit parts list set up im styles editor or edit parts list and go format column, apply units formatiing and set columns for one unit type and precision, then I get an error about units being incompatible because some items I have listed as each some by lf.

How to change precision in one column of parts list and keep unchanged unit formatting?

It should not be difficult but dont have much time to play around.

I think this is what you want.. (see attached)

its sort of hidden.. You need to right click on the column name and then select format column.. This allows you to change justification as well as the unit formatting for columns that support it.

That the same window that can be accessed from parts list (right click on columns header, edit, format column) or from manage, styles editor...

The problem is, when you have different units in one column you have to use default formatting because if you click on apply units formating it forces you to pick particular unit. When I do so I get error in my parts list because I have different units that are forced now to show as same units.

I need to change default settings apparently...

If you cant set up multunit column with custom precision, that would be really dumb. ;).

Its seems that it cant be done.

I have to either use default precision or can change it but when changing it I need to ovveride all the units.

Could that be the case?!
