Possible IDW bug

Have a part file open and a IDW with views of the part. I go back to the
part and edit the tolerance of a feature via the parameters window and open
the tolerance dialogue via the equation pulldown (don't even have to change
anything just go into the tolerance window). Return to the IDW without
saving the ipart and I get the message as shown in CF.

I have been getting that error quite often when I open an idw without
opening the corresponding part or assembly. When I open the part or
assembly, I update, save and close . I open the idw again and it tells me to
update again.
