A big effort was made to include one man shops every bit as much as large companies. An attempt was also made to have the opinions of people that were new to 3D reflected as much as power users. It wasn't motivated by number of seats purchased or potential seats purchased. It was all about getting a well rounded group of customers to provide input. You would be surprised at how many people in this forum ARE the "customer council". I haven't heard of it referred to as that for a very very long time though.
